- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Please!!!! if you have a problem with Manno Appraisal Services file a complant with the Louisiana State Board of Appraisers. This is getting out of hand. I am in the Thibodaux area and they cut my appraisal by $30,000.00 and used homes that were 32 years old when my home was just built two years ago. When i first finished my home it appraised for $268,000.00 two years later in a very nice Neighborhood where the comps were in the $130.00 per Sqft i was given a $117.00 per Sqft. This is not right and that is because there is no professionalism in the appraisal. He hands them over to his assistant to do the review and reserch. This is a joke and i will make sure to file this complant.By Rollin Smith, December 01, 2016
